INTRODUCTION

All humans want to looks attractive. Being attractive not only gives our good impression on others but also help our half work done in the very first meeting. It also makes us feels good in addition to remain healthy.  For remaining in attractive shape, the very first step is to be physically fit. For a person to be physically fit, the weight of a person plays an important role in it. The weight of a person should be according to their height, age and gender. The following table gives more & easy understanding of it.

 


 

COMPOSITION OF THE HUMAN BODY

Before going further, lets us understand composition of the human body

The human body consists of water 55%, Protein 20%, Fats 15%, Minerals 5%, Carbohydrates 2% and Vitamins 1%. The following figure gives more & easy understanding of it.


 

Out of which, Fats can be divided into essential fats and non-essential fats. The essential fats are the fats which are necessary for the body to remain healthy. While the non-essential fats are the fats which are not necessary for the body to remain healthy but accumulate in the body with the passage of time. These non-essential fats are the main cause of obesity in human body.

 

CAUSES OF ACCUMULATION OF NON-ESSENTIAL FATS

The non-essential fats are accumulated in the body due to mainly of eating of fat reach foods like oily foods, ready to eat foods, non-vegetarian foods, junk foods etc. These non-essential fats do not digest in our body but rather accumulate at different parts of the body, mainly at the belly or stomach parts.


 

PROBLEMS DUE TO ACCUMULATION OF NON-ESSENTIAL FATS

These accumulated non-essential fats not only give us bad shape but also starts giving problems in our day-to-day life. They even accumulate in our arteries causing heart related problems and even led to heart attack. Therefore, it is best to not to allow the accumulation of non-essential fats in our body.

 

HOW TO REDUCE THE NON-ESSENTIAL FATS

For reducing the non-essential fats there is a big business market available in the whole world, whose purpose is to take your money and increase the fats in their own body. They also compel you to do excessive exercises, fasting and even give you supplementary diets, which give side effects in our body. But I suggest you following steps to reduce your weight without doing much effort.

1. Take vitamin C rich fruits daily like orange, lemons, Malta, Kiwi etc. They also increase our immunity and also protect us from dieses.  

2. Stop taking fats rich food like oily foods, ready to eat foods, non-vegetarian foods, junk foods etc. It is better to avoid taking non homemade foods.

3. Do a little bit of exercise, if you can do it comfortably.

4. Take some target, cause of life and fully involve in it to achieve it. Think always about it and not let your mind remain unoccupied with the ideas to fulfill your target, cause of life.

5. Drink a lot of water.

I had tried the above-mentioned points on myself and lose approx. 14 kg weight in approx. three months period of time.


 

CONCLUSION

Losing weight is not as difficult as it seems. It can be easily reduced by doing a small bit of efforts
